As part of our expansion, we cultivate thousands of hectares of rice to supply the local market and strengthen food security. We are now seeking 2 experienced and motivated Rice Mill Supervisor to lead our rice milling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rice mill, ensuring smooth functioning of all machinery and processes.
• Manage incoming paddy from CMGA farms, including drying, storage, and quality control.
• Monitor and optimize rice production to meet quality and volume targets.
• Ensure accurate stock management of rice, husk, and bran.
• Drive utilization of husk and bran by-products, including animal feed production.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead and train mill staff to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports to management on mill performance, production growth, and stock levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience supervising or managing a rice mill or agro-processing facility.
• Strong understanding of paddy management, rice milling processes, and stock control.
• Experience with husk and bran management and animal feed production.
• Leadership and team management skills with hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
