About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Flutter (a must-have) along with good knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift). You will be working in a hybrid model (remote + physical office in Lahore).

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (primary), Kotlin, and Swift.
  • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools, including leveraging AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of professional mobile development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Flutter/Dart (must-have).
  • Good understanding of mobile app architecture, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them in development.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote + office).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin (Android) and/or Swift (iOS).
  • Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Firebase, or similar tools.
