About the Role

Nexus92 is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer with at least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can deliver high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling graphics for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, and internal branding.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to produce visuals aligned with the company's branding strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all visual elements.
  • Edit images, create illustrations, icons, and assist in UI/UX visual assets when required.
  • Participate in team meetings, conceptual brainstorming, and design reviews.
  • Adapt and refine existing templates for new use cases.

Who We're Looking For

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a graphic design role (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing real client or brand work.

Preferred Skills for Nexus92

  • Experience designing for tech companies or SaaS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or After Effects is a plus
  • Creative problem-solving with a proactive mindset
