Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and implement mechanical and structural drawings for porta cabins and fabrication projects.
  • Ensure fabrication and installation processes are executed according to engineering standards, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Supervise workshop activities including cutting, welding, Painting, assembling, and finishing of fabricated structures.
  • Conduct cost estimation, material selection, and resource planning for porta cabin and fabrication works.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to source appropriate raw materials and ensure timely availability.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections on fabricated components before installation.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during project execution.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards at all times.

Qualification or Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and reputable university.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5–7 years of experience in porta cabin, structural fabrication, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding, structural steel, and mechanical drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
