We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Manager
PreSales
to lead our presales team in supporting sales opportunities through solution consulting, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and leadership skills to influence client decisions and close business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring high-quality delivery of technical and solution support to the sales team.
- Understand client business needs and craft tailored technical solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team during client discovery, product presentations, and proposal development.
- Drive the creation of RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and product demonstrations.
- Own technical discussions with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring the proposed solution meets requirements.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
- Develop reusable assets, such as demo scripts, solution templates, and presentations to improve team efficiency.
- Track and analyze presales KPIs, pipeline health, and win/loss rates to drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise solutions in domains like Cloud, AI, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure.
- Proficiency MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
