Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Manager to lead our reporting team and oversee all reporting functions, including sales, employee, and store performance reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, driving insights for business decisions, and managing reporting specialists to deliver timely, high-quality reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the reporting team to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
  • Oversee preparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales, employee, and store performance reports.
  • Validate, audit, and maintain accuracy of all reporting data.
  • Provide actionable insights and trend analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate reporting specialists to enhance performance.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for management.
  • Maintain reporting compliance and data governance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros) and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to senior management.
  • Ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125, Rs150,000.00 per month
