Position: Management Trainee Officer – HR

We are currently seeking a Management Trainee Officer – HR
to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end
    recruitment and selection
    processes.
  • Support in
    onboarding and orientation
    of new hires.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    and HR databases.
  • Assist in
    payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management
    .
  • Coordinate
    trainings, workshops, and employee engagement activities
    .
  • Draft and manage
    HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation
    .
  • Provide support in
    performance management
    and day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Education: BBA / MBA in
    Human Resources or Business Administration
    .
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or up to
    1 year of HR experience
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Good understanding of basic HR functions and practices.
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    .
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
