
Communication Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in USA through effective communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries or issues promptly. A strong command of professional email communication, active listening, and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Draft clear, professional, and empathetic email communications to respond to client inquiries and issues.
Manage and monitor client correspondence through email, phone, and other communication channels.
Handle client concerns and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Billing, etc.) to deliver seamless service to clients.
Provide timely updates and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and support retention initiatives.
Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in client services, customer support, or account management (1–3 years preferred).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on email etiquette and tone.
Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and productivity software (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace).
Strong problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in healthcare/finance/technology industries.
Knowledge of basic customer success metrics and reporting.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
