Position: Sourcing Manager – Home Textiles
Company: Ziyan Textiles
Location: On-site, 3.5 km Defense Road, Lahore
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Role Overview:
Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for home textile products including bedding, towel, curtain, yarn and fabric. Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product launches while optimizing cost and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies for home textile categories.
· Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local suppliers and manufacturing partners.
· Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, Quality, and Compliance teams.
· Drive cost reduction, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Analyze supplier capabilities and the textile manufacturing landscape.
Requirements & Skills:
· Strong knowledge of materials: cotton, polyester, blends, microfiber, bamboo, etc.
· Understanding of textile metrics: thread count, shrinkage, color fastness.
· Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes: spinning, weaving/knitting, dyeing, finishing.
· Proven negotiation skills and cost leadership.
· Data-driven, customer-focused decision-making.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or related discipline.
· 3+ years in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
· Experience with global and local supplier networks, supplier audits, quality protocols, and compliance standards.
