Task-related with design

To develop M& Evaluation Framework of the project as per donor guidance.
Develop monitoring checklist, tools/tools, and templates for the monitoring of project activities as per donor guidance.
To agree upon minimum standards for various project activities when and where required for onward process monitoring
To develop a monthly work plan in accordance with M&E framework for onward process monitoring.

Project progress tracking

To track monitor and validate the progress of the project against DIP and ensure timely reporting as per the agreed timeline.
To highlight deviations and variances against progress against the project and share with the PM/M&E

unit for informed decision-making.

Process and output monitoring

To ensure regular process monitoring activity level as per predefined minimum standards and agreed process
To debrief about project monitoring team about project monitoring findings.

Report and documentation

To ensure reporting requirements for the donor as per the agreed timeline.
To maintain all relevant records of the project database like monitoring reporting reports, donors report beneficiaries database framework tools templates, etc.
To capture the best participation and case study of the project and share with all concerns.

Reporting to M&E unit

To ensure the timely submission of reports to M&E units for HO, the Dashboard including

Coordination

To coordinate with relevant project stakeholders, especially with donors as per requirement and provide facilitation like field monitoring visits etc
To regularly coordinate with central M&E units for any technical inputs and concern donors as per agreed protocols.
