Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress Frontend developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins, as well as site integration and security updates.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Experience:
  • Min 2 - 3 years of relevant experience as a WordPress Frontend Developer.

Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including knowledge of responsive design techniques and CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and its frameworks and libraries to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
  • Ability to seamlessly integrate frontend code with WordPress themes and templates, leveraging WordPress template tags and functions.
  • Optimize frontend assets, minimize HTTP requests, and use techniques like lazy loading to enhance website performance.
  • Ensure compatibility across various web browsers and devices through thorough testing and debugging.
  • Implement web accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure websites are usable by individuals with disabilities.
  • Proficient in Git for code versioning, collaboration, and working in a team environment
  • Create responsive layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and devices for a consistent user experience.
  • Use AJAX and integrate third-party APIs to fetch and display dynamic content on WordPress websites.
  • Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress themes and templates.

  • Ability to interpret and implement web designs.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant staff members or clients.
  • Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.
  • Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices.
  • Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology.
  • Meet tight deadlines as required.
  • Performing other relevant tasks as per requirement.
