Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad, Pakistan for the position of RCM Supervisor. The RCM Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the revenue cycle management team. Responsibilities include managing medical billing processes, ensuring compliance with medical credentialing, handling account receivables, denial management, and reporting analytics. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and guiding team members and ensuring that all operations meet the strict guidelines of HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Medical Billing, Denial Management, and Medical Coding Services
- Experience in Provider Credentialing and Account Receivable Services
- Proficiency in Analytics & Reporting Services
- Strong leadership skills and ability to train and guide team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience with web development and digital marketing in healthcare is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
