Cinematographer

Sky Marketing is hiring Cinematographer.That is responsible for creating high quality visual content that involves planning, shooting, and supervising the visual execution of property videos, virtual tours, promotional content, and corporate films. The Cinematographer will ensure all video materials reflect the company's visual standards and enhance the market appeal of its projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and visual objectives.
• Conduct location visits to evaluate lighting conditions, architectural features, and shot possibilities.
• Plan shot lists, storyboards, camera angles, and lighting setups for each property or project.
• Select appropriate camera equipment, lenses, drones, and lighting tools required for real estate videography.
• Capture cinematic interior and exterior visuals of residential and commercial properties.
• Film wide angle, detail shots, walkthroughs, and aerial footage (if certified for drone operation).
• Ensure proper lighting, exposure, framing, and color consistency to accurately represent property features.
• Direct on-set arrangements such as staging adjustments, lighting placement, and movement paths for smooth shots.
• Operate various camera systems, gimbals, sliders, and drones to produce dynamic and polished footage.
• Coordinate with the Creative Team, Property Managers, and On-site Staff to execute shoots efficiently.
• Work closely with video editors, colorists, and graphic designers to ensure the final video matches the intended style.
• Provide detailed guidance on color grading, transitions, and video pacing to maintain brand quality.
• Review final outputs and recommend improvements before publication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cinematography principles, especially for interiors, architecture, and aerial videography.
• Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras), gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment.
• Experience shooting real estate, architectural, or lifestyle content.
• Knowledge of visual composition, dynamic camera movement, and natural/artificial lighting for indoor spaces.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
