Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lecturer located in Mailsi. The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, designing and developing curriculum, grading assignments and exams, providing academic counseling, and conducting research in their field of specialization. The role also includes mentoring junior staff and participating in departmental meetings and activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic counseling
• Strong research capabilities and experience in conducting and publishing academic research
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support student development
• Advanced degree in Education, a specific subject area, or a related field
• Experience with educational technology and tools is beneficial
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in the field
