Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Karachi Gulshan Takaful Hemayah Branch. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and creating relationships with new and existing clients. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, pitching products and services, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing clients with product information and after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in sales or related fields is desirable
  • Intermediate qualified candidates are allowed, but a Bachelor's is preferred.
