 Base Salary up to 80,000 PKR + Uncapped Commissions

Work Schedule:
 Monday - Friday, 6:00PM - 3:00AM (PKT)

This role follows an alternate Saturday working schedule.

About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated and professional Executive Sales Representatives to join our dedicated team for a high-value 
USA Energy Campaign
. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers across the United States, engaging with them to promote innovative energy solutions. Your ability to build rapport, articulate value propositions and close deals will be critical to your success and our client's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Outbound Engagement:

  2. Execute a high volume of outbound calls to qualified leads and cold prospects within the US market.

  3. Professionally introduce energy products/services (e.g., renewable energy plans, cost-saving solutions, utility services) to residential customers.
  4. Master and deliver a compelling, consultative sales pitch tailored to the needs and pain points of the American consumer.

  5. Sales Cycle Management:

  6. Conduct needs analysis to understand customer energy consumption and identify the most suitable solutions.

  7. Effectively articulate complex product features, pricing structures and contract terms in a clear and understandable manner.
  8. Skillfully overcome objections, address concerns and build trust to guide prospects through the entire sales cycle to a successful close.

  9. Performance & Market Intelligence:

  10. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets (KPIs) for calls, contacts and conversions.

  11. Stay informed about the dynamic US energy market, including regional utility providers, deregulation policies and competitive offerings.
  12. Provide regular feedback to team leaders on market trends, call quality and campaign performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English:
     Exceptional verbal communication.
  • Sales Acumen:
     Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or a similar outbound sales role. A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly preferred.
  • Resilience & Persuasiveness:
     Strong ability to handle rejection, overcome objections with confidence and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural Aptitude:
     Understanding of American cultural nuances and business etiquette to build rapport effectively.
  • Self-Motivation:
     A target-driven mindset with the discipline to work independently during night hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Prior experience selling in the 
    US Energy sector
     (electricity, natural gas etc.).
  • Experience with US-based sales campaigns and familiarity with their compliance landscape.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
