About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager fluent in Spanish to lead and expand our sales operations across Spanish-speaking markets. This strategic role is suited for a driven professional with a strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales leadership within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Spanish-speaking territories

  2. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C channels

  3. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, multilingual sales team

  4. Oversee key client accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business

  5. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making

  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align initiatives and support sales goals

  7. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, KPIs, and performance reports to senior leadership

  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, as required

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Minimum 1 years of sales management experience, preferably in international or multicultural markets

  2. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is mandatory

  3. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills

  5. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite

  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Willingness to travel as required
