Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and review mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, or other building/mechanical services.
  2. Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  3. Coordinate with architects, civil, and electrical teams to ensure design compatibility and integration.
  4. Manage and oversee project execution at site — installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  5. Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.
  6. Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  7. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for technical clarifications and project progress.
  8. Support cost estimation, tendering, and procurement activities as needed.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during installation and commissioning stages.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E).

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical system design and project execution.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software (SolidWorks, HVAC design tools preferred).
  2. Familiarity with international design standards and local building codes.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  5. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
