About the Job

We are hiring skilled Electricians from Pakistan for our construction sites in four major cities in Germany. We are looking for professionals with experience in the following areas:

• Construction Electrical Systems
• Electrical Wiring for Buildings (Construction Sites, Offices, Industrial Buildings)
• Industrial Cabling

Benefits Provided:

• Work Visa and Travel Support: The company will provide an invitation letter and 81A Accelerated Pre-Approval Visa to ensure a smooth relocation to Germany. All visa expenses will be covered by the company.
• Hourly Wage: Starting gross wage of €14.5 = 4650 PKR per hour, with a standard workweek of 50-55 hours. (See detailed salary progression below)
• Annual Leave: 20-24 days of paid vacation per year.
• Work and Residence Permits: All required residence and work permits for Germany will be arranged and fully covered by the company.
• No Hidden Fees: No translation, sworn interpreter, or contract fees will be charged at any stage. The company covers all processing costs.

Salary:

• Hourly Gross €14.5 (Net €10 / hour = 3200 PKR / hour)

Note: Your salary is evaluated on an hourly basis. Up to 220 hours of work are done per month. 10 hours of work per day, 5 days a week and 7 hours on Saturdays.

Application Requirements:

• Applicants must have completed technical or vocational training in Electrical/Electronics from a recognized institution. We do not accept applications from engineers or associate degree holders.
• Detailed work experience must be included in the CV, clearly describing the specific roles and responsibilities for each previous job.
• Recognition of Qualifications: Partial or full professional recognition from IHK Fosa or other German equivalency authorities is required. If you have a technical diploma from Pakistan, you are likely eligible for this process.
• Language Requirement: Basic knowledge of German (A1 or A2 level) is required. If you do not speak German, we will provide you with training materials. Successful completion of an online test will be required before hiring. We expect commitment to learning the language to avoid communication barriers at the workplace.
• No travel restrictions and a clean criminal record are mandatory for all applicants.
