Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and network issues
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices in knowledge base systems
• Assist in system installations, configurations, and upgrades as needed
• Monitor system performance and provide proactive recommendations
• Conduct training sessions or technical guidance for customers or internal teams
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or related roles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in operating systems, networking, and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore/SEA IT landscape is preferred
