Helper – Roti Maker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper – Roti Maker to assist in daily kitchen operations. The candidate will support the cooking staff by preparing dough, rolling, and cooking rotis while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing dough and rolling rotis/chappatis.
• Operate tandoor or stove under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
• Ensure consistency in size, shape, and quality of rotis.
• Support kitchen staff in meal preparation and service as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene.

Ability to handle heat and work efficiently during peak hours.

Team player with good communication and discipline.

Punctual, reliable, and physically fit for kitchen work.

Qualifications:

No formal education required (Matric preferred).

1–2 years of experience in a restaurant or catering setup preferred.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Shift Timing: As per kitchen schedule
