About the Role

ATU Logistics is hiring energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our night shift team in Lahore as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll engage with clients across the US and Canada, managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and promoting our freight and logistics services.

This is an in-office position for individuals who are confident communicators, have a sales-driven mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Identify client needs and offer logistics solutions to enhance business growth.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and performance KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, collaborating with internal teams when needed.
  • Stay updated on company services, ongoing promotions, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or telesales (experience in logistics or BPO preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills — both spoken and written.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Must be available for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
