Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leather Merchandiser role located in Lahore. The Leather Merchandiser will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring quality control for assigned products, coordinating with the production team, and addressing client feedback promptly. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with buyers, overseeing shipment schedules, and working closely with the marketing team to explore new markets and industry opportunities. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client relationships and address concerns effectively.
• Sales, Retail, and Marketing skills to identify opportunities, generate business, and enhance customer engagement.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in leather merchandising or a relevant industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sourcing and supply chain processes.
