Role Purpose

The Warehouse Incharge will oversee all branch-level warehouse operations at the Gujranwala. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory handling, staff supervision, accurate reporting, and compliance with company standards. The position requires strong management, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock management.
• Ensure timely loading/unloading of goods and proper documentation in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using
  WMS
  (Warehouse Management System) and
  MS Office
  tools.
• Monitor stock levels, track shortages, and coordinate replenishment with Head Office and suppliers.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff including
  drivers, helpers, and labor teams
  to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct regular stock audits, verify system vs. physical stock, and address discrepancies.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and movement of goods in compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and accounts teams for operational alignment.
• Enforce discipline, efficiency, and productivity among warehouse staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience:
  3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of
  MS Office
  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
  Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing
  drivers and labor staff
  is mandatory.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
