Sprouto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore. This is a dynamic, vibrant, and fast-paced role dedicated to achieving significant growth through phone-based sales activities. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fluency in UK English, and a relentless focus on implementing active strategies to convert leads. Success in this position is defined by the consistent achievement of weekly targets and rigorous adherence to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute High-Volume Outbound Calls: Prospect, qualify, and close new business leads primarily within the UK/USA market segment.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
  • KPI Management: Successfully meet all defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and sales quality metrics.
  • Communication Mastery: Articulate the value proposition of Sprouto's services with clarity and professional precision in fluent UK English.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring all customer interactions are logged promptly within the CRM system.
  • Strategic Execution: Employ strategic, active, and persistent follow-up methods to move prospects through the sales cycle efficiently.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Proven background in a high-intensity sales role, preferably within a call-center, BPO, or phone-based environment.
  • Mandatory: Exceptional, fluent verbal and written communication skills in UK English.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas.
  • Highly competitive, self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-demand, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales reporting tools.

Compensation Structure and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of 50,000 PKR per month + Commission Potential uncapped earnings (e.g. 200k Per Month)
