Location: Karachi Export Processing Zone (On-site)

Type: Unpaid internship (Transport allowance provided)

At The Factory Edit, we believe internships should be more than just coffee runs and spreadsheets. This is your chance to work hands-on with a team reimagining sustainable fashion from the ground up. AVAILABLE INTERNSHIP ROLES

Fashion Marketing (Digital & Non-Digital):

Execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Using META tools) and develop ideas on how to increase awareness globally. (influencer collabs/ ad campaigns etc.)

Fashion Content Creation:

Film and edit engaging visual content including styling reels, BTS, production process and campaign material aligned with our sustainable aesthetic. (Experience with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom/ Photoshop preferred)

Social Media Managing:

Help manage our social platforms — plan, schedule and post content (stories and posts), engage with the community, and track performance with a purpose-driven voice.

Brand Development:

Craft meaningful narratives for overall brand identity and individual collections that reflect our sustainable values, our visual presence and bold fashion identity.

Creative Research & Development:

Assist in trend/ influencer research, sustainable brands and upcycling exploration, and branding concept creation for upcoming collections.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Background in Content Creation and Brand Development
  • Interest in fashion, even better if has knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices
  • Good with photography, videography and editing tools (Capcut, Canva, Lightroom/Photoshop)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy
  • Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative environment
