Company Description

Pakistan Children's Heart Foundation (PCHF) has been dedicated to helping children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) by supporting families who cannot afford heart surgery. Our mission is to establish a state-of-the-art medical facility, providing the highest quality of care for children with heart disease, regardless of their financial means. PCHF aims to be a model institute for education, training, and research in the field of pediatric cardiac care. With the support of Farhan Ahmad and brand ambassador Misbah Ul Haq, we are working towards developing Pakistan's first Children's Heart Hospital and Research Institute (CHHRI).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Donor Relations Executive, located in Lahore. The Donor Relations Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with donors, securing donations, maintaining donor databases, and preparing reports. The role involves working closely with marketing and communication teams to create engaging content for fundraising campaigns. Additionally, the executive will be expected to provide timely updates to donors about the impact of their contributions.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in managing donor relationships and fundraising
  • Proficiency in maintaining and updating donor databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaboration skills to work with marketing and communication teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fund management software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the non-profit sector is an advantage
