Are you passionate about enabling teams to achieve Agile excellence and driving continuous improvement? Gathern is looking for an Agile Coach to help scale Agile frameworks, foster collaboration, and optimize processes across teams.

In this role, you will coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and align Agile practices with business objectives. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation. Responsibilities:
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Develop and implement Agile frameworks across squads and departments
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Ensure Agile practices align with business and product goals
  • Optimize operational processes and document best practices for consistency
  • Provide guidance on scaling Agile across the organization
  • Establish performance metrics and objectives to measure Agile adoption and success
  • Foster a culture of accountability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support leadership in Agile transformation and mindset shifts

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile coaching, software development, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Proven experience in coaching cross-functional teams and scaling Agile practices
  • Strong knowledge of Agile metrics and performance tracking
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tooling

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in Agile transformations at an organizational level
  • Background in software engineering or product management
  • Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-PO/SM)
