Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager with proven experience in managing and closing AI-based projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of AI and software development projects.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Coordinate tasks between cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and AI engineers.
  • Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress updates, and reports.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure client satisfaction and successful project closure.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or coordination within the AI, software, or IT domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in closing AI or technology-driven projects.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
