Women Empowerment Officer

We are hiring for one of our clients in Sialkot. Below are the key details for the role:

Responsibilities

• Design and execute community-based projects focused on women empowerment, education, and development.
• Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions to female employees and community women, both in-office and in the field.
• Lead field visits and ensure timely implementation and monitoring of project activities.
• Act as a bridge between female staff, HR, and management to address challenges, needs, and development goals.
• Develop and enforce anti-harassment and gender equity policies in collaboration with HR.
• Oversee operations of the organization's Childcare Centre, ensuring legal and safety compliance.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, budgets, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Promote awareness through community engagement, events, and training campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in training, employee engagement, or women-focused programs.
• Prior experience in project management or community development initiatives is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to field locations for project execution and training delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Passionate about gender equity, social impact, and community empowerment.
