Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage projects across compliance and billing functions to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Utilize
    Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.)
    for reporting, documentation, and presentation creation.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating
    internal meetings
    , including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking detailed
    meeting minutes
    .
  • Handle the
    compliance department mailbox
    , ensuring timely responses, tracking correspondence, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about
    state regulations
    and
    ICT code policy
    changes and assist in preparing presentations and communications on policy updates.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support
    patient scheduling
    and ensure alignment with billing and compliance processes.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist management with various administrative and analytical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    (Mandatory).
  • Experience working with
    Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
    .
  • Proven experience in
    project management, reporting, and compliance coordination
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    medical billing and ICT codes
    , including awareness of policy updates and coding modifications.
  • Understanding of
    clinical operations
    and
    patient scheduling processes
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to take clear and comprehensive meeting minutes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach to task ownership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a
    healthcare, medical billing, or compliance-focused
    environment.
  • Familiarity with
    state healthcare regulations and medical billing workflows
    .
