Role Overview

AZ Technologies is hiring a
.NET Core Engineer
to build the backend integration service that connects
GoldMine CRM (on-premise SQL Server + GMXMLAPI.DLL)
with modern automation and AI workflows.

This engineer will own
Phase 1 and Phase 2
of the implementation plan, which are prerequisites for enabling AI call agents, automated SMS/email, and dynamic PDF claim forms.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – GoldMine Backend Integration (Weeks 1–3)

  • Develop a .NET Core Windows Service that interfaces with GMXMLAPI.DLL (COM-based GoldMine API).
  • Build robust logging and error handling around all API calls and SQL operations.
  • Expose a lightweight REST API layer (JSON) for Python ETL, AI agent, and outreach automation.
  • Ensure all outbound actions (voicemail, SMS, email, document generation) log results back into GoldMine ContHist.

Phase 2 – Communication API Integration (Weeks 4–6)

  • Integrate Twilio (or alternative RVM provider) for ringless voicemail drops.
  • Build .NET method to trigger voicemail delivery from a GoldMine contact record.
  • Capture delivery status via Twilio webhooks and log results back into GoldMine history.
  • Create a GoldMine plug-in button (HTML/JS add-in) for direct voicemail drops inside the CRM.
  • Prepare the API layer for future Python-based voicemail, SMS, and email services.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with .NET Core (C#), Windows Services, and API development.
  • Familiarity with COM interop (wrapping DLLs like GMXMLAPI.DLL).
  • Experience with REST API design and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
  • Integration with Twilio or other telephony APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an on-premise Windows Server and SQL Server environment.

Deliverables

  • .NET Core backend service installed on client's Windows Server.
  • Documented REST endpoints for contact lookup, history logging, and property data access.
  • Functional ringless voicemail integration with GoldMine button and automatic logging.
  • Deployment and knowledge transfer documentation.
