Role Description

We're looking for a talented and creative 
Graphic Designer
 to join our marketing team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Specialist based in Islamabad. The Graphic Specialist will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, editing images, and supporting the marketing team with social media content. Daily tasks include conceptualizing visuals, creating appealing designs, editing images for various platforms, and collaborating with the marketing team to align graphics with brand identity.

In this role, you'll go beyond basic design, conducting new research to develop compelling content, crafting engaging social media posts, and designing dynamic ad campaigns that capture attention and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on current market trends, audience interests, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
  • Develop and design visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including static posts, infographics, and stories.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative digital ad campaigns (both static and video) that align with marketing goals.
  • Utilize design tools such as 
    Canva
    , Adobe Creative Suite, and various AI-powered applications to create high-quality graphics, animations, and video reels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media features, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in social media content and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency with 
    Canva
     and other design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for content creation and design (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, or other video/image generators).
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.) and their specific content requirements.
  • Excellent research skills and a knack for translating data and trends into creative visual concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for creating exciting and engaging digital experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
