About the Role:
As a Mid Level Flutter Developer at SDS , you will take a leadership role in building, optimizing, and scaling cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter. You'll work with a talented team of designers, backend engineers, and project managers to deliver robust and elegant mobile experiences for clients across various domains—including mobility, corporate services, and event tech.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the architecture and development of cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

● Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive and performant apps.

● Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

● Apply clean code practices, implement scalable architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.), and ensure app stability

. ● Conduct code reviews and mentor junior to mid-level Flutter developers.

● Work closely with the backend team to align on API requirements and mobile-backend integration.

● Identify performance issues and optimize applications for speed and responsiveness.

● Manage deployments to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

● Stay updated on Flutter's latest features and contribute to continuous process and tech stack improvements.

Requirements:

● 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years using Flutter in production apps.

● Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework internals.

● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and local storage solutions (Hive, SQLite, SharedPreferences).

● Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, navigation, state management, and responsiveness.

● Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.

● Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., CodeMagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane) is an advantage.

● Proficient with version control (Git) and agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Notion, etc.).

● Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop.

● Previous experience in mobility or ride-booking platforms.

● Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or active engagement in the Flutter community.

● Knowledge of design systems and working closely with product teams.
