Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer / 3D Visualizer with basic hands-on experience in ArchiCAD and 3ds Max. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of industry experience, eager to grow and contribute to a collaborative design team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating accurate architectural models using ArchiCAD
  • Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using 3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona
  • Support the design team with concept development, schematic designs, and presentation materials
  • Assist in preparing architectural documentation and drawings
  • Collaborate with senior architects and designers to understand project requirements and design objectives
  • Participate in design meetings and coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD for 2D/3D modeling and documentation
  • Working knowledge of 3ds Max, with experience in rendering software like V-Ray or Corona Renderer
  • Basic understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction techniques
  • Good visualization and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to work under guidance and take constructive feedback
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional design environment

Preferred (but not mandatory):

  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of other design tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or Twinmotion
