We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Residence General Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury residential estate in Accra. This role blends five-star hospitality leadership with facility and property management expertise to deliver an exceptional living experience to high-profile residents.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Resident Experience

Deliver a seamless, five-star resident experience through professional, proactive, and personalized service.

Lead front-of-house operations, including reception, concierge, and resident relations, ensuring all interactions reflect the estate's premium brand.

Handle resident communications, complaints, and requests with discretion and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Oversee apartment handovers, move-ins/outs, welcome processes, and onboarding materials with the precision of a hotel check-in experience.

Supervise shared amenity operations (e.g., café, gym, business lounge, meeting rooms) and ensure they consistently meet hospitality standards.

Operations & Facility Management

Oversee all MEP and technical systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, elevators, generators, water pumps, fire protection, CCTV, and access control.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineering, security, housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules aligned with service contracts and compliance standards.

Conduct daily operational briefings, inspections, and quality audits across departments.

Manage water meter readings, utility billing, payment follow-ups, and accurate resident records.

Liaise with external service providers and government authorities for permits, inspections, and compliance.

Leadership & Administration

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing service and operations team.

Monitor staffing schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance, ensuring professionalism at all times.

Approve inventory replenishment and track asset usage in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.

Prepare performance reports, incident summaries, and operational insights for executive management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in hospitality (hotel/resort/serviced residence) or premium residential operations

Strong leadership background managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors

Deep understanding of both guest experience principles and technical building operations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in written and spoken English

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
