Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser - Knits located in Lahore. The Merchandiser will oversee the coordination of knitted product manufacturing, including managing communication with suppliers, ensuring timely production, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, developing strategies to meet customer needs, and providing updates on production progress. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align on sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client and supplier relationships
• Experience in Sales and Retail to effectively monitor production outcomes and align with business objectives
• Understanding of Marketing principles as they apply to merchandise strategy and product positioning
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines and ensure production runs smoothly
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address any issues arising in the supply chain
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the garment or knitwear industry will be considered a strong advantage
