Position Overview

We are looking for Fresh Graduate Software Engineers who are eager to kick-start their careers in software development. The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience working on Front-End Development, Back-End Development, and CRM Development projects under the guidance of our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications (front-end and back-end).
  • Support in developing and customizing CRM platforms to meet client requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and team leads to learn and implement best practices.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue preferred).
  • Familiarity with back-end development (PHP, , Python, or similar).
  • Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
  • Knowledge or interest in CRM development/customization (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
