Role Overview:
We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN stack and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) and Python.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud deployment (AWS/DigitalOcean/Azure).
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
  • Solid experience with Python frameworks (Flask / Django / FastAPI).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, or Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of API-first design and scalability best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
