Job Title: Security Incharge
Job Summary:
The Security Incharge is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and security of the organization's premises, employees, visitors, and assets. This role involves managing the security team, enforcing security protocols, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with local law enforcement if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily activities of security personnel (guards, patrols, etc.)
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin to maintain visitor and staff access control.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches.
- Conduct regular security drills and training for staff.
- Maintain records of incidents, shift reports, and security checklists.
- Recommend improvements in physical security and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a security supervisor or in a similar role
- Knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and risk management
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm and take action in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and alertness
Education and Experience:
- Minimum: Bachelor Degree or equivalent; Military or Airforce background is a plus
- Preferred: Certification in security management or related field
- Experience: 3–5 years in security roles, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
