We are a Vehicle Fabrication company based in Peshawar, committed to modernizing and streamlining our operations through technology. As part of our digital transformation, we are implementing Odoo ERP to enhance our efficiency across departments. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to lead this implementation on-site at our factory.

Job Description:

As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the on-site implementation of Odoo ERP at our factory. You will work closely with our internal teams and the official Odoo implementation partner to ensure a successful and timely rollout of the system. This is a hands-on role that involves data collection, process mapping, training coordination, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP at our factory.
  • Work closely with department heads to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Perform detailed data collection and documentation of existing processes.
  • Coordinate with the Odoo implementation partner to ensure timely and effective configuration and deployment.
  • Assist in system testing, user training, and go-live support.
  • Provide ongoing functional support and improvements post-implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of Odoo modules (Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, etc.) with business processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT/CS field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ERP implementation (Odoo experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and business workflows.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site at our factory in Peshawar.
