Technical Sales Closer
with strong knowledge of
MEAN and MERN full-stack development
. The role focuses on
converting qualified leads into long-term clients

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads and identify their
full-stack development needs (MEAN/MERN, SaaS, custom web apps, etc.). - Attend
client meetings
and interviews to represent the company and secure projects. - Deliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions to close high-value deals.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with deliverables.
- Maintain and track the sales funnel using CRM tools for optimized conversion rates.
- Provide
pre- and post-sales support
, addressing both technical and business concerns. - Identify
upselling and cross-selling opportunities
within existing client accounts. - Consistently achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a
Sales Closer
or
Business Development Executive
in IT, web development, or SaaS. - Strong track record of
closing high-value technical deals. - Solid understanding of
full-stack technologies (MEAN & MERN)
and ability to explain them to clients. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in using
CRM tools
to manage sales pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing. - 2-5 years of sales experience in
tech, web development, or software services. - Knowledge of
DevOps, SaaS products, and e-commerce platforms
is a plus.
