Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gastroenterologist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Gastroenterologist will diagnose and manage a range of disorders related to the gastrointestinal system, perform endoscopy and other specialized procedures such as capsule endoscopy, and provide expert consultation in hepatology and gastroenterology. Additional responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans to ensure the highest level of patient care, collaborating with medical teams, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Gastroenterology and Hepatology
- Proficiency in Endoscopy and Capsule Endoscopy
- Strong foundation in general Medicine, with the ability to manage complex cases
- Team collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Relevant medical degree and specialization in Gastroenterology
- Valid license to practice in Pakistan and relevant certifications
- Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
