About the Role:

We are looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about storytelling through visuals and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will assist our creative team in producing engaging, high-quality video content for various digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, visually appealing videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative video concepts.
  • Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and communication standards.
  • Manage and organize video assets, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in video production and editing.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and digital content standards.
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual composition.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and a passion for visual media.
  • Ability to take direction, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior academic or freelance experience in video editing is an advantage.
