Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at TechyLance, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and brand-consistent designs across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with our marketing, development, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, graphics, and layouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital media, websites, apps, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create social media visuals, banners, logos, brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with web and app designers to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
