Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Member located in Lahore. The Crew Member will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as taking customer orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, and ensuring excellent customer service. Crew Members will also assist in restocking inventory and handling transactions at the cash register.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and food preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions accurately
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the quick-service restaurant industry is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
