Senior Developer – Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of modern, high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong full-stack capabilities—primarily frontend expertise with solid foundational backend knowledge—along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of scalable and high-performing web applications.
  • Architect, design, and implement robust frontend and backend features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with (fundamental to intermediate) for backend tasks, API development, and system integrations.
  • Develop, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and mentor junior developers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in sprint planning, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Document system architecture, development processes, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on professional development experience.

Frontend Expertise (Strong Requirement)

  • HTML5, CSS3
  • TailwindCSS or Bootstrap

Backend Skills (Basic to Intermediate)

  • API creation, server-side basics, and third-party integrations

Databases

  • Basic understanding of:

Other Skills

  • Strong understanding of REST API principles and microservices architecture.
