The Kollekt
hiring a high-performing
Sales Expert
to join our higher-end sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing incoming prospects, engaging with leads from our digital campaigns, and closing both one-time and large-scale (full-house) projects.

This is a performance-driven role with unlimited commission potential and growth opportunities toward the position of Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming queries and messages from our social media ad campaigns.
  • Convert prospects from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to WhatsApp Business for personalized sales communication.
  • Close both one-off sales and large-scale/full-house projects.
  • Work closely with the media team to manage daily leads and maintain a fast response rate to 24/7 incoming messages.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and communication details.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills — clear accent for calls/meetings and strong written grammar for message-based conversations.
  • Proven sales experience with measurable results or stats to support performance.
  • Strong understanding of online communication and sales funnel processes.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in closing high-value deals.
  • Must meet the minimum monthly sales quota after the first month of training.
