Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, retail, and education.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Conduct market research to understand client pain points and align ERP features accordingly.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calls, and networking events.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations in coordination with the technical team.
- Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and quotations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials and ensure message alignment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Prismatic ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.) to effectively communicate their business value.
- Manage and update the CRM pipeline, track leads, and report progress to management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Information Technology (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition within the ERP or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, digital transformation, and enterprise software sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
