Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, retail, and education.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client pain points and align ERP features accordingly.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calls, and networking events.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations in coordination with the technical team.
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials and ensure message alignment.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Prismatic ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.) to effectively communicate their business value.
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline, track leads, and report progress to management.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or Information Technology (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition within the ERP or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, digital transformation, and enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
