visionary General Manager
to lead this benchmark in hospitality and food excellence — a role for a professional who blends operational mastery with creative leadership.
Role Overview
The
Food Court & Takmeel Glow Park General Manager
will oversee every dimension of Glow Park's dining and leisure operations, ensuring world-class service, uncompromising hygiene, and financial performance.
This leadership position demands strategic thinking, guest-centered vision, and a deep passion for elevating the visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operations across the
food court, Glow park, and guest services divisions
. - Build and manage a high-performance team dedicated to service excellence and hygiene.
- Curate vendor selection, menu diversity, and food quality standards aligned with global benchmarks.
- Develop and implement financial controls, cost-efficiency strategies, and profitability plans.
- Oversee crowd management, safety compliance, and event logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch promotional campaigns and signature events.
- Create SOPs for hygiene, maintenance, and brand presentation that reflect Takmeel's premium identity.
- Deliver performance reports, guest analytics, and operational insights to executive leadership.
Experience & Expertise
- 10–15 years
of progressive experience in
hospitality, F&B operations, or theme park management
. - Proven leadership in managing
multi-outlet food courts
, hotels, resorts, or entertainment venues. - Strong command of
HACCP standards
,
ISO hygiene protocols
, and
guest-experience optimization
. - Demonstrated record of improving profitability, quality, and team culture simultaneously.
- Prior international or luxury-brand exposure is a strong plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
